Acceptance

By contracting Aureliai's services or using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not continue using it.

Services

Aureliai provides patient-acquisition services for clinics (dental, aesthetic, dermatology and healthcare): Meta Ads campaigns, an AI agent on WhatsApp, local SEO and web design, within the scope agreed in each proposal or contract. Deliverables and timelines are detailed case by case.

Payments

Fees are specified in each proposal. Billing is monthly or per deliverable as set in the contract. We accept payments in USD and CLP. Delays over 30 days may lead to service suspension.

Intellectual Property

The work delivered to the client becomes their property once paid. Aureliai retains the right to display the work in its success stories and marketing materials unless a written agreement states otherwise. Aureliai's internal tools and frameworks remain its property.

Liability

Aureliai is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from the use of the services. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santiago, unless arbitration for international clients is agreed upon.
